Let me introduce myself…

I am a passionate follower of Jesus who also really loves birth! I’m a certified birth doula living in North Fort Worth and serving women all over the DFW metroplex.

I became a doula before I had any children of my own, but I now have a two year old daughter named Eleanor!

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, hosting game nights, and watching The Office.

I’m looking forward to connecting with you and hearing your story!

My philosophy

I believe that our bodies were made to birth and that you can do this! I support mamas in any type of birth they desire and believe in the importance informed consent. I believe in evidence based practices, and also feel that things like movement and positioning play a huge part in birth. Ultimately I believe that prayer is the most impactful thing in birth, so while I am using my hands to apply counter pressure, my spirit will be praying for you throughout.
